Summary: We arrived late around 10:30 PM after a long drive, only to find that the sofa bed had not been made. We had booked and paid for six people, so I expected all beds to be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, when we asked the front desk for help, the staff refused to assist. In addition to that, there were not enough towels for our group, the in-room phone was broken—forcing us to walk to the front desk for any assistance—and the TV had no reception. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially after a long day of travel. I would not recommend staying here based on this level of service. Our view from the window didn't feel like safe environment - chicken wires, garbage, pallet boxes,
